Henry's New Car

After a couple weeks in the shop, we finally got Henry's new car back. It got a remote starter, tinted windows, and some dings fixed. Once we got it home we installed the car seat. Now it's all ready for Henry!

Happy Birthday, Brady!

It certainly isn't how you envision celebrating your child's first birthday, but we tried to make the most of the day. We brought flowers and a balloon to Brady to wish him happy birthday. Then we had an appointment where we got to see Brady's little brother, and treated ourselves to lunch at Famous Dave's. It was nice that Tim took the day off and we could spend it together. We're lucky to have such a special angel looking over us!

Lots of goodies for Henry

Like I said, we've been very blessed with generous gifts from family and friends! Here are just a few of the fun things we got for Henry...we can't thank everyone enough not only for the gifts, but for all of the positive thoughts and prayers. I truly believe that has helped us get this far, and will help us bring a healthy baby into the world. 

From yesterday...

Yesterday was a busy day! Jamie and Leslie threw a very "Erin-style" shower for baby Henry. We're getting pretty well set for his arrival, thanks to the generosity and thoughtfulness of friends and family near and far. We'll have more pictures of some of the loot for "today's" post!

All Spiffed Up!

I think Sebastian may be suffering a little separation anxiety after months of nearly non-stop mommy time. He was not too happy when he was dropped off at the pet spa! But he survived, and came home looking handsome.

Play Time!

I've never really played tug with Sebastian-he's never seemed too interested. Tonight, though, he couldn't get enough! (Until it was nap time, of course.)

Happy St. Patricks's Day!!

It may become our yearly tradition...Shamrock shakes on St. Patrick's Day. Being pregnant does limit green beer consumption, but green ice cream fills the void just fine! :)

A few more nursery improvements

We were busy this weekend! We got a lot of little things done around the house, including getting some organization done in the nursery. Tim and his brother Will got our Foscam hung on the wall so we can see Henry in his crib from our computers or even our phones! We can also hear him or talk to him through the camera...crazy technology. Thanks to Grandpa Jim for this fun toy!

The squirrels are back! There was one sitting in this tree just taunting Sebastian. Now he really wants to learn to climb so he can get those squirrels...

We've added a few little things to the nursery. It's feeling more complete-now it just needs a baby!

Happy Anniversary to Us!

We took a rare outing to celebrate our one year anniversary. We went back to Upstream, where we had a reception lunch with our families after we got married. It tasted just as good as we remembered!!

Nesting

Nope, I'm not nesting. But Sebastian is! He can nestle himself into anything for a little nap...

Happy Anniversary to Us

Instead of figuring out individual anniversary gifts, we chose to buy something for the house...a glider for the nursery! Not too shabby :)

Antisocial?

Sebastian wanted some alone time tonight, and chose to sit in the recliner instead of hanging with Tim on the couch.
