The boys were pooped after a whole day and evening of guarding the house. They were happy to snuggle up with dad! (Charlie's mostly hidden under the blanket, but he's there too.)

Puppy love

It was a rough trip home with a small rear-ending (not my fault, and I'm okay!) but puppy love makes everything a little better!

Staycation Getaway

At the Angels Among Us gala, Tim and I bid on and won a staycation basket in the silent auction. We finally used our night at the Sheraton this weekend. It was nice to get away without having to go too far.

Charlie loves going to scared doggie school. And he has done very well, as have we! I think we understand each other a bit better :)

We made a roast this week, and I've been enjoying leftovers just like Dad taught me!

New toy

I got my new computer for work this week...a Surface Pro 3. So far I am absolutely loving it!! I think my teachers will be pleasantly surprised :)

We found this emoticon toy at one of the stores where we get Charlie's food, and Murphy seems to have taken a liking to it!

Football Sunday

Our lazy football Sundays will soon be plain old lazy Sundays...and I will miss that football piece until September!! Charlie and Sebastian (and Murphy too) don't care so much about the football part as long as we keep the lazy part.

Fights...

Charlie wasn't a big fan of the fights tonight either. It's rare that I watch UFC, and tonight was only because one of the guys fighting used to train with Tim. One fight and I was done!

Tired boys

All the boys took a nap this afternoon while I spent some time reading with football on in the background. Not a bad New Year's Day!
